A while back I received an absolutely lovely board book for children ages four to eight by Lindsey Davis from Zonderkidz - The World is Awake for Little Ones. Today I am very happy to let you know about it.
Favorite Features -
- Illustrations by Lucy Fleming are absolutely fantastic! I love the color, I love all the details, I love all the creatures in this little book! The illustrations will absolutely capture the attention of children - and adults as well.
- The story by Lindsey and Joseph Bottum is one which celebrates God's incredible creation. The story did get a bit long, but it is a great tool to help children learn to praise God for the world in which we live.
- Sturdy board book will hold up to many readings and many hours of children just looking at the book - which they will want to do this for many, many hours.
