Rebounderz Trampoline Park - and So Much More for Family Fun

Last week I was able to take my grandsons to Rebounderz Trampoline Park to review it (thank you Rebounderz) and today I am very happy to let you know about this place of fun for the family!

We began our time at Rebounderz on the Trampoline Arenas, which Rebounderz says "Our patented indoor trampoline park provides the most space to bounce, spin, jump and flip as you try out new tricks off the floor or wall trampolines." The boys enjoyed and returned to the trampoline arenas often during our stay.

When I think about the "role" of grandma, I do believe it is essential for me to become a "student" of my grandchildren. It is my job, my "role" to get to know them and what makes them "tick".

The Language of Science and Faith - a MUST Have Book for us All

I have been writing for some time about the need for us as grandmas (grandpas/parents, as well) to equip ourselves so we know the "whys" - why we are able to believe God is real and trust Him with confidence, so we are able to teach the "whys" to the children we love. When we are losing more of our grandchildren than ever before to atheism, we must step up and take action. We must equip ourselves, find and use resources with them to help them know the "whys", and ask our churches to do the same.

August is "Back to School Month"!

For many children, my grandsons included, August is when they return to school for the 2023/24 school year. While some children may not find the return to school a reason to celebrate, most children are ready to go back to class so they are able to engage with their friends and learn new things - certainly reasons to celebrate for sure! A Visit to John Ball Zoo

I was recently able to visit John Ball Zoo in Grand Rapids Michigan, so here is my review . . . 

If you have not visited John Ball Zoo lately, it is safe to say it is not the "same old zoo". I grew up here and as a child each year we visited the zoo at the end of school for a field day. As my children grew up, we also visited the zoo from time to time and it was mostly like it was when I was a child. But, over the past few years the John Ball Zoo has made significant changes and it is no longer the "same old zoo"!
